This place is awesome! I booked it for the high rating on bookings.com and it exceeded the expectations. The room was big and simply and tastefully decorated with all the amenities, including fridge, microwave, coffee machine and even a toaster! Everything in excellent condition. Cold and silent AC, nice big scree tv . They even have a roof top with a pickle ball court and table,chairs and umbrellas I would have never discovered had it not been it's right out the complimentary breakfast room. I am definitely coming back here!

Beautifully renovated hotel in downtown Naples, FL. Clean rooms, giant 2nd floor patio, free parking, and very friendly and welcoming staff. They provide towels for the heated pool that can also be taken to the beach. Free continental breakfast too.
Would highly recommend staying at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and the location is very central. The breakfast snacks and pickleball are a plus :)
We were at Park Central for the first time and stayed 25 nights. The hotel has a good location. You can walk to the 5th, theater, restaurants... all without Uber to reach. You could also walk to the beach (not exactly to the midday heat). The hotel offers a simple but sufficient breakfast and has very comfortable king-size beds with high quality pillows. The best thing about the hotel is the staff: we had often talked to Michelle and Joan, the two are super nice and always friendly. Service doesn't get any better! But also our rooms were always clean and well maintained! We will definitely be back!
We had a great stay at the Park Central Hotel in Naples. The property is extremely clean and clearly well-managed. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our entire stay feel smooth and comfortable. Our room was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed—everything we needed for a relaxing few days in town. The location is fantastic: central, convenient, and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions. One minor downside: while the pool area looked clean, it did feel a bit tucked away next to the parking structure, which made it less inviting—we ended up skipping it. That said, the parking situation was excellent, with most spots shaded and easy to access, which we really appreciated given the Florida sun. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again. A few small tweaks could make it a full five-star experience, but as it stands, it’s a very solid, well-run hotel in a great location.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The entire property was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent—close to everything you could possibly need, whether sightseeing, dining, or just exploring the area. A very special thanks to Olga, who went above and beyond to make my experience extra enjoyable. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is meticulously maintained, and the rooms are both impeccably clean and remarkably spacious. Amenities include a heated pool and covered parking. Its location offers convenient access, being only a few minutes' drive from Naples' historic district, which boasts a variety of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff consistently demonstrated a high level of accommodation and friendliness. We unequivocally plan to return to this hotel on our next visit to Naples.
